Concordia

One of the very first projects that I worked on at Concordia was to migrate several websites from the old template into the newly redesigned look of concordia.ca, which was launched March 2, 2011. One of my favourites pages that I worked on were the Public Art pages. I created a landing page that featured all the public art works at the university. When you hover over each image you get the name of the artist and a description about the artwork. Another part of this project was to create a google map mashup – that was really fun!

My major accomplishment at Concordia was creating Concordia’s Human Resources pages. This project involved a huge redesign of their website  and then  fully integrating those pages into the concordia.ca. I was mentioned in the Concordia’s NOW News & Events for the work I had done on the Human Resource pages. I was the sole web designer working on these pages along with the Information Architect. It was a challenging project!

I have worked on the whole website as well as some specific pages/projects. Visit concordia.ca to see some of the pages, just to name a few,  that I have created: Public Art,  Public Art – Google map mash-up,  Knowledge Infrastructure Program Facilities, Campus Buildings, Guide to First Year, School of Extended Learning and Human Resources

UPDATE: Concordia University implemented a WCMS in August 2013, so a lot of the pages that I had originally created were transferred onto different templates. Some pages still have the original look, like Public Art, Human Resources and IITS. The screenshots below show what the pages looked like before the implementation of the WCMS.
