Most people preferred the first one and I have to admit it does look better as a watermark on photos. The second logo works too but as a watermark it seems to be less effective. The second logo seems to work better as a logo instead of a watermark and would look better on a business card.
Graphic Design
New logo
I have been trying to come up with a simple logo to put on my “Project 365” photographs. I really didn’t want a simple signature logo, since sometimes they tend to get lost in the photograph. I finally came up with this simple logo – it is still a work in progress so any feedback would be appreciated.

Calendar Project
This project consists of creating 12 different wallpapers with 12 different creativity quotes and then putting it together into a calendar. Software: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator CS4
Night Club Flyers
Creating nightclub flyers the size of postcards – the design had to be fitting to the type of club and event being promoted. For the first flyer (purple one) I drew out the girl from scratch. As for the other 2 flyers I found the vectors, since we had a day to complete the assignment. We only had to create one flyer but I was on a roll so I made 3! Brochure Design Layout
The project was to create a brochure for the tourism bureau of Montreal. We were supplied the copy that was to be included in the brochure. For this project I used a lot of my own photos. This brochure had to be printed professionally on a 8.5″x11″. Software: Adobe InDesignCS4
Catalog Design Layout
This project consisted of creating a catalog for the company “Forever XXI” with a sub-line 21Men. The catalog had to feature its products for the Spring/Summer 2010 line. It had to be a total of 20 pages and we had to get it printed. The catalogue had to contain 8 categories (including both the men and women products) with 6 items per category, each page had to contain 3 items. The catalog had to reflect “Forever XXI’s” brand identity. Software: Adobe InDesign and Photoshop CS4
AD Campaign
This was a group project in which we had to create an ad campaign for a product of a fictitious company. It had to have 4 different ads featuring the product. We had to create a logo for the company as well. Finally the ad campaign had to be presented to the class. I was in charge of designing the logo. We ended up choosing a hosiery company that would have different hosiery for each holiday. Our group created a very simple video that played in the background as we did our presentation. I created this in iWork – Keynote.

Concert Poster
Project was to design a poster for a band of our choice. These posters were to be printed and displayed at a student exhibition. The size was 11″x17″ and had to be 300ppi. Because concert posters are used as promotional tools, the main focus of the poster had to be the promotional value. For the DJ Tiesto poster I drew out his face in photoshop using my Wacom tablet.
